CAN I ORDER MY DRESSES DIRECTLY?
Since we are a wholesale designer we can only sell directly to retailers and cannot sell directly to the customer. Therefore, we have provided you with a store locator in which you can locate a authorized retailer closest to you to find your dream dress!

WHAT SIZE RANGES DO YOU OFFER?
Rachel Allan Prom and Homecoming dresses come in sizes 00-12, 00-16, or 00-20. Plus Size dresses come in sizes 14W-24W or 14W-30W. Our Pageant dresses are available in sizes 00-12. Our Little Girl Pageant dresses come in sizes 2-14. Our Bridal, Quinceanera and Social Occasion dresses come in sizes 00-30W. Our Mini Quinceanera and Flower Girl/First Communion dresses come in sizes 2-16. Please note that all measurements shown in the size chart are body measurements. All dresses have wearing ease built into them. When in doubt what size to buy, we recommend the next size up. You can always have a dress taken in, but you can't let much out. Since the sizes for each collection vary slightly, please contact your nearest retailer for all questions about sizing.
WHAT ARE THE LEGNTH MEASUREMENTS FOR YOUR DRESSES?
Prom + Plus Dresses - 60-61 inches in length (based on size)
Pageant Dresses - 65 inches in length
Homecoming Dresses - 32 inches in length
Bridal Dresses - 61 inches in length
Quinceanera Dresses - 65 inches in length
Little Girl Pageant, Flower Girl/First Communion & Mini Quinceanera Dresses - please reference our size chart located in the footer
WHERE DO YOU CREATE YOUR CONTENT?
Our shoots are photographed at The Bell Tower on 34th Street located at 901 W 34th Street, Houston, TX 77018. It is a beautiful venue for all our upcoming Brides, Sweet 15 and Homecoming girls!
HOW DO I RETURN A DRESS?
Dress returns must be initiated with the retailer in which you bought from. Every retailer has a different policy. Once a dress leaves our facility it is the stores ownership. Please note we are unable to work directly with the consumer to process any refunds, exchanges and returns.
